The Clean Routine: Exclusive Discounts for Regular Cleaning Services by Pure Maids
How the Bonus Works:
● First Time Clean Bonus: All new customers receive a 12.5% discount at $35/hour for the first session.● The Clean Routine Discount: After the first clean, you can switch over onto our regular cleaning plans with the below discounts applied depending on your chosen frequency:Weekly: $30/hour (reg. $40/hour)Bi-Weekly: $35/hour (reg. $40/hour)Monthly: $40/hour (no discount)● These discounted rates are applicable from your second cleaning, depending on the selected plan. The● First Time Cleaning Bonus cannot be combined with the routine cleaning discount.● Managing Cancellations:We realize sometimes plans change and one may need to cancel a scheduled cleaning. So that we can remain fair yet still provide these competitive rates, we have put together these guidelines:
You can cancel 1 cleaning session per month without any penalty.If in a given month you cancel more than 1 cleaning(s) (for example, 2 or more cleanings), the next cleaning will be billed at a regular undiscounted rate of $40/ hour. You then return to the discount rate based on your choice either weekly or bi-weekly.Prevention of Discount Abuse:We only ask that you stick to the cleaning schedule selected so The Clean Routine can remain a great, fair deal for customers.
In case a customer books a session under the weekly or bi-weekly plan and cancels it after one session, the discount is applicable for that first session, but then a booking under that rate must follow on the selected plan.If a customer repeatedly cancels multiple cleanings or abuses the discount structure in any shape or form, all future cleanings will revert to the full $40/hour rate.
Key Terms & Conditions:
First Time Cleaning Bonus applies only to the first cleaning session.
The Clean Routine Discount begins with your second cleaning session and applies to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules.
The Client can cancel up to 1 cleaning per month without penalty. If 2 or more cleanings are canceled in one month, the next session will be at regular rates.
The Clean Routine Discount is not combinable with other promotions/offers.
