Who can get the Welcome Bonus?
New Pure Maids clients who book a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning plan. One bonus per household (one address and one contact).
Why $25 off and not a per-hour discount on the first visit?
A first cleaning takes longer than a regular one, usually 4–6 hours. A flat $25 off keeps the first visit simple and predictable. Your per-hour discount starts with the second visit.
Can I get the bonus for a one-time or deep cleaning?
No. The bonus is only for weekly and bi-weekly plans. One-time, monthly, deep, move-in/move-out and post-construction cleanings are not included.
Do I need a promo code?
No. Book a weekly or bi-weekly plan and we apply the $25 to your first visit automatically.
Can I combine it with Refer a Friend?
No. A new client can use either the Welcome Bonus or the Refer a Friend bonus, not both.
What if I stop the plan after the first visit?
The bonus is for clients who start a regular plan. If a plan is booked only to get the discount, we can bill completed visits at the regular rate.
Other terms
The bonus is a flat $25 off the first visit. It cannot be exchanged for cash. The minimum booking is 3 hours. All prices are before HST. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice follow our Terms of Service.
