2.1 Information You Provide

• Booking details: name, phone number, email address, service address, home size, and the services you request.
• Communications: messages you send us by phone, SMS, email, or through our contact and booking forms.
• Payment information: records of payments (e.g., Interac e-Transfer references). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Website (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).
• Advertising cookies: we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools to measure our advertising. These load only after you interact with the page.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and referring pages, collected through standard server logs.

If you receive a marketing text from us, reply STOP at any time and you will not receive further texts. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages about your existing bookings.

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our cleaners — the name, address, and access details needed to perform your cleaning;
• Service providers that help us operate (e.g., messaging, email delivery, analytics, and payment providers), bound to use your data only on our behalf;
• Authorities where required by law.

Some service providers may process data outside Canada (e.g., in the United States); where they do, your information is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

6. How We Protect Information

Access to client information is limited to trained staff who need it to do their job. Our cleaners are vetted, background-checked, bonded, and covered by our $2,000,000 liability insurance. The Website is served over HTTPS.

7. Retention

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal and tax requirements, and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at danko@puremaids.ca and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website remains usable without cookies, though some features (like remembering your booking details) may not work.

10. Children

Our services and Website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
